Maintenance Agreements

Annual Maintenance Agreement: 12-month commitment with a fixed annual total; pay in 12 installments or pay the eligible annual base price in full at signing for an additional 10% discount.
Flexible Monthly Agreement: no annual commitment; the equivalent service costs 25% more than the annual-plan monthly rate.
Residential Maintenance Scope: Essential, Plus, Premium and Watch; visits and tasks specified in writing.
Commercial Maintenance Scope: Basic, Plus and Premium; customized scheduling and property requirements.
Storm, Flood & Fire Property Inquiry: preliminary inquiry only, not an emergency-response guarantee or authorization for regulated restoration work.

Early Termination & Payment Terms

Annual plans offer preferred pricing. Early termination terms are clearly disclosed in the signed agreement and comply with applicable law. Any applicable adjustment is based on the services provided and documented costs. Customers retain all statutory cancellation rights.

Contracts do not automatically renew for another annual term. Applicable cancellation rights always prevail. Downloadable final PDF templates will be added once legal review and company details are completed; until then, request a copy directly.
